The flavor of this protein shake is great, I did not like the chalkiness of it on my tongue or that no matter how hard I tried to blend, it never fully blended. It stayed chunky in my cup

My favorite meal replacement shake. So delicious, I wish it left me full for longer but it is still good and has a lot of nutrients that others do not have.
