The Vanicream HC 1% claims to provide fast relief from itching associated with minor skin irritations, inflammation, and rashes due to eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. It isn't greasy and won't clog pores. This was magical. As soon as I applied it to my face, my skin stopped itching. The hydrocortisone helped a lot reducing the swelling around my eyes, as well as the redness. I also found out it's pretty helpful when it comes to inflammed acne. Even though it shall not be used for over two weeks, I'm definitely keeping it for good in case I have another flare-up.
