We have been flipping homes for a long time. We have always used this paint. It is fantastic. For starters, it rolls on so easy, and it doesn't take much paint to cover spots. There is not much odor. We have noticed that it dries fast. But we wait for at least 4 hours. This comes in so many shades. Definitely our favorite paint to use.
