Coverage is definitely not as good as other wireless brands. There will be random blackout spots where you don’t get any reception, which is inconvenient.

I get really good service and a good plan. I get to make payments on the phones i want and my bill isnt outrageous. The staff is super helpful and nice!

I've used U.S. Cellular for over 10 years. I've always been satisfied with thier customer support. They always have great promotions too.
