I purchased this from Target right before our Babymoon. The main perks to my decision were my local Target had it in stock so I didn’t have to wait to get it in the fact that it could be used post pregnancy as well. There’s a pouch that has a thin ice / heat pack to help with healing after delivery. I used this while pregnant when I knew I had a long day and needed the extra support and post pregnancy the first few weeks to help hold things in place more comfortably. I was really pleased with the purchase!! It comes in multiple letter sizes and I’m pretty sure you can use your HSA to purchase it.

I have this in a large tan and love it! I wish I’d gone with a medium (5’5” size 10/12) but the large has worked out okay. It definitely helps relieve some of my lower back pressure and eases the ligament pains.
