My posture used to be pretty good until I started working a more office-based job, then my posture went downhill. I’d heard about the Upright, and I love gadgets and apps that show statistics, so I really wanted to give this a shot! I noticed a difference on day one. I was more conscious of my body’s alignment and if I was standing straight. The device is very light, you forget you’re wearing it. One adhesive strip can be reused several times, and there is also a necklace attachment you can get if you don’t want to adhere the device to your back.
