I like using Unisom sleep tabs. I can chew these Unisom Sleep tabs in cherry flavor and they taste good. I like that they work immediately and it's a non-habit formula.

Unison sleep melts are my favorite over the counter sleeping medication. I have tried others but these really do the trick. To be honest they are hard to find, these sleep melts. One thing to know is they are very effective so make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep or you might wake up feeling a little groggy. I definitely recommend these over other sleep aids.

These sleep melts work great and are one of the best over the counter sleep aids I have ever tried.  I love the sleep melts.  The taste is fine, and they dissolve easily and quickly.  Within the hour you are asleep.  I don't seem to wake up all night using this product.  I would recommend using these when you have a good 8 hours to sleep.
