It helps keep my hair out of my face. I got the realtree camo ones that also had pink with them. They were a little too big for my head but I also have a small head. They didn't fall down either.

Stays on, has good grip and doesn't fall out when I'm running around. It is comfortable to wear and not too tight on the head. I have been using mine for years, so they last quite a while.
