Love the convenience of the Cup and just adding hot water . I’m sharing from my own experience . The Texture is up to you after following instructions. Flavour is very delicious and healthy for Us . It is good for All Ages and offers good food for our Breakfast and snack if you want something filling. For the day . Honey is my favourite.
