I absolutely love uncle bens rice. It makes a great side dish, or addition to a salad or burrito. This stuff is never lacking in flavour.
Whenever I have a craving for wild rice, this is the one I purchase. Good wild rice. Easy to make. Spices up certain dinners with a different flavor/style of rice than my family's go-to Japanese white rice.
This rice has become our Thanksgiving tradition in my family. It's rich and full of savory flavor. We will always buy and serve Uncle Ben's.
This rice is a life saver. Throw it together with some smoked sausage and steamed broccoli and boom you've got dinner in like 20 minutes.
I absolutely love the long grain wild rice. The pouch and the quick cook versions aren't as good, but i always have this in my pantry. I perfect to eat on its own, as a side or mixed in a recipe. No other brand tastes as good and is definitely worth the cooking time you have to wait.
This is a great snack or addition to meal great flavor great price. I would recommend
Love the taste of rice easy to make and goes with a lot of different things I don’t buy it often but I enjoy it
my go to rice love this mixture of rice and wild rice. perfect compliment for any dinner 100% recommend this product
We buy these for my daughter because she loves them. She will usually just eat them by themselves. They do make a great side dish though and they are a lot easier to cook than just plain wild rice. The price is reasonable too. I am looking at the nutritional facts as I write this. They’re not great! There is 1,620 mg of sodium in a box. Yikes! There is 960 mg of potassium ( that might be ok). Other than those 2 , there isn’t much of a nutritional value to this at all. I would call it a filler. I doubt my daughter cares about that right now, but I do. I won’t be eating this myself. At my age(55) … I really need to pay attention to what I eat.
I use this product frequently, but find it more and more frusterating that there is less and less wild rice in the package. I have to order wild rice on the internet and cook it seperately and freeze in small packackes to add to each pouch to get the ratios that I like
