Hydration is a struggle for me. Ultima sets me up for success because it replenishes not just fluids but electrolytes. Truly this is the best thing I’ve used that keeps my hydrated! They process the stevia in a good way. My Dr is thrilled I use this now instead of Gatorade. It is a lot less sugar the Gatorade! Love this brand!!
