My favorite beauty store of all time, from high end make up to drug store make up. Facial mask, shampoos, everything beauty. The employees are always helpful and informative. I never leave empty handed. I enjoy their points for cash system aswell. (Cash you can spend at ulta) and most brands if you spend a certain amount come with freebies ❤ Ulta
My favorite thing about Ulta is that they carry a lot of the high-end lines, but they ALSO carry drug store brands. Their selection of hair care products is also amazing. The staff is always helpful, and I LOVE that they offer so many perks and discounts in their rewards club. Last summer I got a coupon for a full size Clinique foundation (which I really liked, btw) and they are constantly adding perks for Platinum members.
I recently started shopping at ulta because I was getting tired of how uncleanly sephora in stores are. I'm so glad I did the staff is friendly the stores are clean the testers are actually the cleanest I've seen in a while you can actually swatch them with out them being destroyed...the stores aren't usually as crowded which is great if your a makeup addict and you like to try everything they have makeup for everyone economic to high end but their high end is limited. I just wish they had a better rewards program but they always have sales
Ulta is the better high end beauty shop, in comparison to Sephora. More coupons, more brands, and better service from associates and makeup artists. I also love that there is a brow bar, salon, and drug store brand section in the store. I find the price of most products are about the same but with the deals and specials, it ultimately works out to be less.
I have not been impressed with my home-town Ulta. I have made trips to the local Ulta on 3 separate occasions, and they have been out of stock of almost every ( approximately 5 out of 6 ) products that I wanted or needed. They staff is always very helpful, but the store rarely has anything in stock that is in my shade/color. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed.
The Dermalogica Superfoliant is AMAZING. It has active charcoal in it so it is an antiaging properties in it and when activated by water and massage on your skin for a minute it's sloughs off all of the dead skin and give you a more youthful glow to your space and then your make up goes on a lot nicer and smoother and just gives you an all day glow that last
Used to not really care for this store and it was second best to Sephora. Opinion based on selling drug store products. But their loyalty program is the bomb. Actually better than Sephora's. You can't beat the free products you get with of course a minimum purchase. As well as who doesn't love points to transfer to money you can use towards your purchase.
Ulta products are a hit or a miss. There are some products that are great to use. Then there are others that are a complete miss. I recommend buying when they have the buy two get two free sale. It makes it worth your money. I haven't found any "holy grail" items yet but I am still looking. So, far I really enjoy the setting spray and the beauty blender that Ulta makes.
I love that ulta has a little bit of everything. Drugstore makeup, high-end makeup, hair products, nail products skin products, etc. I go here for all of my beauty essentials! My only complaint is they do lack on some high-end brands, and depending on the location depends on what they will have. For example; my local ulta only carries brow products from anastasia beverly hills. However i know of other locations that carry more than just brow products. It just depends on the location!
I shop for all of my beauty products here. I love it and the store layout is extremely easy to follow. In addition, the people who work there are very helpful. They typically have a worker that is assigned to each major brand so they are able to help you with all the details of each brand's product. I would recommend you stop on in if you ever come across an Ulta!!
