Great protective pad that is bigger than you think. Awesome coverage for sparring partner in arms, legs, and stomach area. Durable and put together very well. Mine has lasted a while and I expect it to remain durable. Perfect padding amount and comfortable to train with.

Use this pretty regularly. Take some breaking in, but overall a decent shield to train with
