I recently became gluten-free and tried this bread out, as I used to eat a bread very similar to this that contained wheat. While the slices are small, and it definitely needs to be toasted, the flavor is similar to regular bread. It is found in the freezer section at the store so unfortunately if you don’t want to toast this bread, I feel like it wouldn’t taste right just thawed out.
