This works so fast anything someone in my family gets sick we take this and it’s will be gone by day 3 or 4. It’s so good with clearing congestion and helping with fevers

I always take Tylenol severe when I’m sick and it works wonders. It really relives my symptoms. I take it when I feel feverish, have a sore throat, etc.

Works great, I'm a flagger, so I'm out in the cold weather alot, this helps me make it through the day if I happen to get sick. I would recommend this to anyone who has a job where your out in the elements and can't really call in sick if you get a cold. It works!

This is hands down my favorite cold and flu medicine, I’m typically always a Tylenol user for most things, and this is certainly a top fave!

You know it does what it can when you don't feel good you just don't feel good you got to kind of work through it it works pretty good though for the common side effects.

This was really good. I bought it at Walmart the first time and they also sell it at target and ShopRite. It’s really good and works well. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family members and also to my social media supporters. It’s a great product and I believe in it.

It doesn't help. I feel like I still feel sick and it doesn get rid of the mucus ar all. I'm still feeling sick so I had to change to a different brand which helpuxh faster.

I will from now on always use this! WOW it is soo amazing and i am so thankful that this was created! It helped tremendously!
