Twinings is am absolutely must have staple item in my pantry. Thanks to my BFF overseas, I get to try all the Twinings, and can NOT reco the Menopause blend enough!!! I have extreme hormonal issues as well as immunity suppression, and these blends are beyond brilliant and help. I can trust that this is going to help and not hurt me, and can have as much as I like due to not having caffeine in the blends I've pictured. SO MANY different types to try!
