I actually end up using this for all sorts of unusual things. I don’t use it for blemishes. I end up using it for sewing uses such as running elastic.

If used correctly it shouldn’t do any damage. The problem is most people don’t know how to use it or how to sterilize it. Over the years I’ve seen several clients do a lot of damage with this.
