These are a classic veggie sausage! Not the best texture, but definitely not the worst. Even non vegans/vegetarians will eat this in my experience! But you won’t trick them into thinking it’s meat. The taste is very good and they’re super easy to cook (and fast!). Overall would recommend.

I did not like the flavor of these at all. The amount of servings and price was decent. The texture was actually was good. The packings was fine and tightly held each sausage together.

I used to get these sausages all the time when they were sold at trader Joe's, but since they were pulled from that store I haven't seen them anywhere in North Florida. They are the kind of sausage that tastes good in things, not by themselves. These sausages are great in spaghetti sauce, red beans and rice, etc. By themselves they have a strange texture that not a lot of people are prepared for . I still recommend them as a meat alternative though.
