The headset is light weight. The headset has lasted me a few years so the durability is excellent! The microphone is great, it can be staticky at times but that could just be the cord. The mute & unmute button work fine. It’s very comfortable

I don’t know if I have bad luck or if the quality control is beyond below subpar, almost near below sea level like stan smith said. The wires are extremely fragile and any sort of bending the wrong way will send you on a journey to returning this thing, it’s even worse if you have a “warranty” which in all reality is the companies excuse to burn through your gas or commuting fare just to be extremely evil. The entire thing is made of thick but not durable plastic so if you’re not a small bald child or a woman with a tiny head you’re essentially wearing a plastic bomb that will crack and spring out into random directions. The sound quality is also buns and you have to force your ears to adjust to it; and when you switch to any other headset even a fisher price one you will embarrassingly whisper “how is this better than a turtle beach”

Received this headset as a birthday gift. I don’t love how they fit but I think that’s a me problem. I had a difficult time figuring out the settings / volume on Xbox. I thought it was just me but google/reddit proved it was a common issue. My brother always complains it’s difficult to hear me so I’m not sure about the microphone either.
