these headphones immerse you into the game a whole load better than even a good surround sound system with speakers. I have a Mission MX3s based system and a good Yamaha surround sound amp but the experience with the PX5s is on a whole different level. In multiplayer FPS you can hear where the battles and attacks are coming from very easily and everything becomes more intuitive. Situational awareness is greatly enhanced as a result. Sound effects and music are clear, punchy and they have more than enough volume for me.
