I love this dvd set! The workouts are really fun and upbeat. The instructor is really motivating. It is pretty intense so I would recommend starting slow.
Not my favorite of the chalean workouts. I liked it but I didn’t get addicted to it. I’d probably do it again in conjunction to another program
[product:turbo-fire] I LOVE this workout program! It makes me sweat a lot and I really enjoy the moves! The good thing is that it has workouts of different lengths, you can find from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. This workout is high impact. Its a HIIT program what makes it super effective to lose weight.
If you want to be dripping wet at the end of your workout and feel good about yourself I would get this product. It's a lot of plyometrics so if you like to jump around and feel like you are dancing to a choreographed routine at the same time this would be for you.
Shelley Nix had a lot of fun and I can tell you that even though I haven't used the discs in over a year I still remember the routines because they're that catchy.
the only downfall to these plyometric discs is that it really gave me shin splints which is why I stopped however it's good to use long-term once or twice a week once you've got in the swing of things if you find your shins are hurting.
If you are looking to lose weight, this is seriously the program for you! Holy cow, I am not in the best shape anymore but even when I was in the best shape of my life this KICKED MY BUTT. Definitely would recommend and will probably be starting it again soon!

The workouts are easy to follow
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SERIES! SHe is SO fun to follow and it offers different fitness levels so that anyone can follow along. It's versatile and easy to follow, while keeping it light and fun. It challenges you and pumps you up with the workouts, because Chalene's energy is amazing. Everyone in the videos are having a great time, which makes it easier to follow along. The only con I have, is if you have bad knees, I wouldn't recommend it. Because a lot of the workouts are HIIT, it can be hard on your joints so it's better if you have minimal joint issues.
Turbo Fire has been by far my favorite workout. I love the fat that so much can be accomplished in such a short time through the high intensity interval training.
Love love love Chalene Johnson! Her workout is definitely hard but I find myself smiling because she's so positive. It's definitely pricey but it's worth it if you'll use it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good cardio workout with high intensity intervals throughout.
