Absolutely love the support of this pillow the fact that you can have three different types of support is amazing. You can change it from squishy, then unzip it to a medium firm and unzip it all the way for it to be super firm. It is super comfortable. It breathes really well I don’t wake up sweating!

I received the product in a vacuum sealed bag upon opening it took a little while for it to come to full size. Once the product was at full size ibwas able to open the zippered case and move around the individual pillow to raise and lower the head height. I have always slept with two stacked pillows so I left both in the case. The height was perfect for me but I do wish it came with different firmness. I prefer a solid bottom pillow with a softer top pillow both of the included pillows were a mid firmness. This product is comfortable and made with quality. I would recommend this product to anyone that sleeps with more than one pillow and would like the ability to adjust their head height and neck position. An amazing product that works well and has provided several great nights of sleep so far!
