This is the best night time magnesium supplement to unwind at bedtime! Take 30 minutes before bedtime and you’ll start to feel the relaxation effects putting you to sleep. Unlike melatonin you won’t wake up groggy. You will feel refreshed! Caution: make sure you take it with enough sleep (don’t take it when you know you’ll have to be up in 4 hours) best a part of this product is you don’t have to work out or be a fit person to take it. I would take it pregnant with my twins no excercise.
