This is the OG eye base primer. I have tried dozens and this is really the best one. Pat it on with your finger tips or a flat brush. Brush it on for a more sheer base. This can be worn alone, but works amazingly well under eye shadows. It has the best texture. I use Bare. It’s probably the most universal shade for lighter to medium skins. Totally underrated.
