After drinking this tea i notice it really help with me feeling bloated and holding extra water weight. The good thing i like most about it it is caffeine free and organic so it’s easy to drink during the day or the evening. Very good quality . It’s not a miracle weight loss product but it’s definitely a nice addition to a healthy routine .
