I found out about this brand from my Sipsby subscription box. I LOVE it. It can be delicate or strong depending on whether you cover it or not. I choose not because I don't care for an overwhelming mint taste. It helps when I am feeling like my stomach needs some calming and you can find it for less than 5 dollars a box. A must for my tea box!
