27 reviewsOregano? it is overpowering. There is no oregano on brischetta. Maybe parsley or basil. I dislike oregano and tomato. I am from Italy. I love Trader Joe's, but oregano on bruschetta/tomato is such a poor match. Oregano is more for meats, second course. Bruschetta should bring out the simple flavors of garlic, tomato, and good olive oil. Some Pico de Gallo would have tasted more like authentic bruschetta than this,

Perfect tomato topping - perfect amount of spices and salt, beautifully chunky and aromatic. Yes, yes, not my first, not my last jar. Highly recommended.

This is nice because it has a long shelf life but I find it too oily. I prefer their fresh bruschetta instead.
