I just love Trader Joe’s (Trader Giotto) Italian balsamic Glaze! It’s perfect for my caprese or just to make a dip of it with olive oil for a tasty baguette. It is balanced in a way that the sweetness and the sour taste blend so well. It’s the right amount of it being liquid that it’s not runny. It comes in a conveniently-sized bottle that even a small family would not be hesitant to purchase. It’s shelf stable that I don’t have to refrigerate it after opening. At the end of a hearty meal, clean up is super easy - put dishes in the washer. A definite staple for me from Trader Joe’s!

Pretty sweet for a balsamic glaze. Good to add on pizza or bruschetta. The smell is not too strong and is pretty tasty. Perfect for appetizers or a late night snack.
