It's incredibly tasty, you can swallow your tongue. Very similar to a vegetable salad, perfect composition, I let my child eat it. Convenient packaging, which allows you to eat without getting dirty.
Do yourself a favor and try this spread. I have it with pita crackers, carrots, cucumbers, or tortilla chips. I can’t think of a dip I like more than this!
Delicious. Very similar to Romanian zacusca. A million times better than the product that sits next to it on the shelf- red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic. Easily confused, with similar ingredients, but this is by far the superior product.
I LOVE this spread. I can literally eat a whole jar of it by myself in one sitting. It’s seasoned to perfection and is a great healthy snack. The price of this is cheap and totally worth it.
Seriously in love with this stuff! I’m so glad I picked up a jar to try because it reminds me of this one Russian food called “eggplant and squash caviar” which is a delicious spread that we love on bread and crackers. This is especially great for me because I moved far away from home where Russian food import stores were widely available to a city where Russians are barely living. So it’s nice to have a little taste of home and my childhood that I can easily get at my local TJs!
I’ve only recently become a fan of eggplant so when I saw this spread, I figured I’d give it a shot. So tasty without overwhelming and pairs great with pretzels. Found my new favorite snack for sure!
I love this eggplant spread!! It tastes really good, and I really like to use this in sandwiches and wraps! It tastes great in a tortilla filled with other veggies! It'd probably be great as a dip for veggies as well! I definitely recommend trying this! It's one of my most favorite spreads ever since I bought this, and my whole family likes this as well, even though they're picky eaters!
This stuff is amazing!! I use it in so many ways. I put it on my egg whites for breakfast, I use it as the base when making my own pizza with goat cheese and roasted eggplant and mushrooms, I have used it in place of sauce for pasta.. I am still finding ways to use it. I am somewhat concerned about how long I can keep it in the refrigerator before it begins to spoil but have had it in there for over a week with no problem
I AM OBSESSED! This has such a great flavor and I put it on absolutely everything from bagels, pasta, salads, eggs, baked potatoes, everything! I only wish it came in bigger jars!
I’ve used it with in my grilled cheese and it tastes amazing. I’ve also used this to mix with my pizza sauce for when I’m making homemade pizza. Just recently I used it alone as the sauce for my tostada pizza and it tasted pretty good
