This dip is so good! It's my go to snack every time we are having a party or just hanging out. Its got a good amount of heat combined with artichokes! Every time we get it, it is consistently good, and easy to take to gatherings.

A creamy savory dip that manages to be addictive without being overly aggressive. The chunks of artichoke hearts and mild heart are perfect. Delicious with a simple cracker.

This was great with triscuts or wheat thin crackers. Someone suggested putting it on a burger or a hearty sandwich... I might try that next time.
