I keep touch base on hand at all times. I have since Clinique first dropped it many moons ago. It’s hands down in my opinion the best eye shadow primer on the market. It also loos great to wear as a shadow. I have also used it as a cover up for dark circles under my eyes and on blemishes. I could honestly write a review for most of Clinique’s products. I can remember the first Clinique product I had. I was 13 and got a Clinique compact powder and lip gloss in my Christmas stocking. I’m now 42 years old. Trust that I know Clinique and the touch base is phenomenal!

This is my Number one eye product from Clinque. If my house was burning down and I could only chose one item off my vanity, this is it. It takes years off my eyes and they don't loom dead tired. Goes on smooth and creamy and last all day. Makes eye shadow stay in place. My go to for the last 20 years.
