I bought this as a regimen to use with some other sports medicine devices. I hurt my knee and was using this as well as Gua Sha to treat it. I had good pain relief when I put the oil on. The smell is pleasant and I like that the ingredients are all-natural. I can use as much as I need without worrying about overdosing or causing issues with my skin.
