I find that this syrup is wonderful as Italian soda. I keep it beside my sodastream. I prefer this style of syrup because it does not require refrigeration. This one isn't too sweet or too floral. Nice and delicate and refreshing. Not a pinch to the face like the lavender syrup is :)
