My puppy was using this tie out cable for about 2 months, the first few usages the vinyl covering separated and the wires were exposed, it was still fully functioning. (Or so I thought) month two my dog was very quite... he had snapped the wires and was running towards the back of my house. we had to switch to a chain link cable that gets very hot when hes out in the sun so I wish this product was more reliable as it is more comfortable for my dog when in use
