It does work really well amd that's why I'm giving it the stars I am. It removes even the most stubborn and layered mascara. Even layers of waterproof mascara in a matter of a minute or two if that.
But my issue is this is nothing more than your average oil of any type. Any oil based makeup remover would do the job of this and even better pure baby oil is literally all this feels and acts like. A little baby oil on a tissue or cotton pad and everything including water proof makeup and mascara and your most stubborn matte lipstick Come off completely. And it does a much better job than this.
Like the convenience of the brush going through your lashes and melting it off in a minute or so clean off any old mascara brush, put baby oil in the cleaned out tube of mascara and just use that or just dip the brush in tge baby oil bottle and use just as you would this stuff. I swear it works much better.
Im a huge brand and quality snob because quality is something that can't be faked and must be paid for. I don't do diy make up ever and I only use one drugstore makeup item.
But when it comes to this its a total waste of money at 17 dollars for like .3 oz vs 1 or 2 dollars for 8 or more ounces and it works the same or better. To me its no contest and at least I know what's in the baby oil and know its great for moisturizing my eye area, anti aging and is great for my lashes.
If I were you I'd pass unless the novelty and ease of use is worth the 17 dollars it costs for it to you which is completely possible. Its just not to me.
I'm giving it two stars because it does work somewhat, but it's nothing special.
