Such a great meat substitute. It is so nice to be able to make meals together when my boyfriend eats meat and I don’t. I use this all the time to replace meat in recipes.

I definitely prefer this tofurkey brand over the Trader Joe’s soy chorizo. It’s very flavorful. Definitely try it in your tacos!
