I drink this tea because it helps me with inflammation and tastes great. I would say that Tipson is my second favorite brand of tea; I have about 14 different flavors. I need help with stiffness as a result of hip joint inflammation and this brand provides a concentrated and tasty tea to help me wind down before bed.
