The good ole time warn and I have a love hate relationship. The only thing that keeps me using this service is the fact that it's on demand section is on point. I can't watch a lot of things live because of work but when I go home I watch everything in the on demand part.
I am not happy with TWC service. Their prices are extremely high and they are always cutting in and out and I have to reset my modem. I have asked them to look at it several times, and several times I get some excuse. Wish we had other options in our area to choose from.
It's difficult to live in a city where there's a monopoly on something like internet service. TWC was pretty much my only choice. I overpay for internet service that is patchy and slow. I really don't appreciate the lack of pride that they take in the services they provide.
I have Time Warner only because it comes free with my apartment complex and so its easier to have an account with them and to have the same internet provider for billing purposes. Yet I do have issues with the internet, updating at night, which is when I use the internet the most.
Time Warners prices fluctuate, I can never expect the same bill twice. I switched to them from DirecTV because of the same issue. I find that their "high speed" internet is slow and cuts out often. I am satisfied with my cable programming but disappointed with the price. Their customer service is sub par as well. You can't speak with one associate and get a straight answer.
We had a few problems with billing when we first moved into our apartment...we had a discounted price that was agreed on before we begin service and the first few months they over charged us. Since then they have refunded us the money and haven't overcharged again since!
Time Warner is terrible . Always finding a way to overcharge , and the routers and cable boxes are constantly having problems. Customer service is usually polite but not very knowledgeable and the techs are clearly brainless monkeys who don't really know what they're doing.
I do not care for time warner cable too much, the reason i have them and havent switched is because i am locked into a contract and cant but as soon as that contract is up i will be switching. They have horrible customer service and their rates go up every month it seems like. I do not recommend them and i will not be a returning customer
Time Warner Cable is rip off. I live in a community where they are the only cable company available. They are constantly raising their prices for no reason, you have to watch your bill carefully. I have heard bad things about satellite signals being lost, well time warner is no different. I am seriously thinking about getting rid of cable and going back to free over the air tv.
I love Time Warner Cable , they give me a good price for their triple play which is amazing , they're internet takes a lot with us becuase everyone in my household uses the Internet and there Customer Service is awesome they try their best to help with anything possible
