Time Warner Cable
- "For years, I just lived without cable so I didn't have to deal with their terrible customer service, price gouging and boxes that never worked." in 19 reviews
I have been with time warner internet for almost a year now and just added TV and phone service 2 months ago. We've always been happy with the internet and so far the tv service is ok. I like the price of it bundled with everything but it can cut out from time to time and some channels will say not available all of a sudden. And the phone we don't even have hooked up. It was just a better price with phone service.
What I like most about this company is that it provides the dodger channel where I get to watch all the dodger games and a lot of behind the scenes shows. Also, I love on demand channels that are provided. I get to catch up on all my favorite shows, but I've also discovered amazing shows from this feature. One star is knocked because one time my DVR wiped out all of my recording and I wasn't very happy with that.
Time Warner has been a pretty good cable service thus far. Their plans could be more affordable in general, but they do often meet our expectations. Experience with customer service is lacking, as is with most big companies. I would recommend Time Warner if AT&T wasn't available in someone's area.
I have had time warner cable for a while and i just dont like it. I always seem to gave problems with them. That and im paying for the fastest internet but yet when im on the phone with the repesentative they tell me it isn't ome of the fastest, and that is just one of tje problems I've had with them.
This cable company/ISP is hands down one of the best, sure they're pricey, but what company isn't nowadays? Haven't had any serious problems with their customer service so far, and best of all... their internet service has no data caps! I surely hope they don't implement one anytime soon. I'd recommend TWC.
I've had this service for a while. There is not a lot of options in my area so this is the one we chose to go through. I have no major complaints but I think their prices are on the high side. I'm not crazy about the customer services either. I just think they could be offering more for the prices.
Time warner is ok but the bill goes up and down it is never the same every month. when the weather acts crazy so does my cable.in the beginning i was happy with it but i think the prices are stupid crazy and there is no need for TV to cost so much, before cable we had intennas, never had a problem
I have my internet with Time Warner Cable for about five years. The best thing I have found about time warner internet is the speed,I have no problem with getting on and staying on anywhere in the house. I would have loved to have given them 5 stars but theirs always that surprise when the bill comes.
I actually always had this when I lived with my parents, the Internet, the phone. So once I moved out of course I wanted TWC. It's really good, but sometimes the Internet is slow. It usually happens when it's super hot. I highly doubt it would be cause of the weather but I have a feeling it might be.
Internet is always going out and every time the blaim my equipment. We have replaced everything and even checked the time warmer website to make sure it is comparable. Our speeb is half what we are playing for and we have had 4 guys here to "fix" the problem. Finally we were told that our package offers speeds to up 200 but is not guaranteed. the second another provider is available in our area we will be switching.
