This sour cream is so good!! I use it with quesadillas all the time and it always hits. The thickness is just right. And the container is great for storage.

The ingredient list is impressively simple — just cultured pasteurized cream, enzymes, L. acidophilus and Bifidobacterium sp. — no artificial flavors or fillers. The texture is rich and thick (easy to scoop and hold its shape on a spoon), the packaging is the typical wide tub that lets you dig in easily, and I found very little (if any) watery separation — it stays consistently creamy from first to last scoop. If you want a sour cream that’s high-quality and flavorful, this one is definitely worth buying.

I prefer this brand of sour cream; it goes on sale routinely and I’ll buy it then. Tastes good, thick texture, works in all sorts of recipes, and seems to keep for quite a while in the fridge.
