We've used Tide powder for years. I keep it in a big jar on our laundry room counter next to our washer. It's easy to scoop right into our washer detergent drawer! I've never been a fan of pods and the associated microplastics and feel safer using powder. I also appreciate that the powder is more economical than pods. This powder detergent removes everyday stains effectively. It also doesn't take much. I just use a little bit of powder for our regular sized loads and everything comes out clean. There are newer formats on the market, but this classic version continues to deliver dependable results!

Made the switch from liquid and am never going back! Not only am I using significantly less per load, I’m using it for multiple other household cleaning purposes! I use a flour container for easy storage and pouring. The cleaning power is excellent.. laundry comes out clean and fresh*. It’s a win for the environment and my machine (I’ve actually noticed there’s less build up). Effective, economical, somewhat sustainable, and high quality! (*top loading machine- powder goes in first, at the bottom. I did notice some residue after adding the powder last, I don’t think it had the opportunity to dissolve.)

Doesn’t leave streaks and my clothes come out white, clean and fresh every load. It’s expensive but very valuable for the quality and the way it saves on washing. Not messy with the easy to use scooper to not waste product! Melts easily without clumping in laundry clothes in the wash.
