One of my clients has to get her food pureed. This is a great alternative to having to use the food processor. It isn't salty and tastes like regular vegetable. I've only see it at Jewel. Not too aware of where else it is sold. A little more expensive than some vegetables

I think this is a great product for anyone who has problems chewing or swallowing foods. From Baby to elderly people. A great way to get food with vitamin needed.

This product is really good for thickening up soups and stews to give it the added flavor it's missing also good to use in sauces for people who don't typically like vegetables
