Has an easy-to-use app, App very useful in guiding where to massage and how much pressure to apply. The app is very useful because you select the back pain and the app shows you which areas to massage and selects the intensity and time. You wouldn't know exactly where to massage yourself. My partner has had a lot of back pain for years, he takes painkillers, but I have tried to massage him and I can honestly say it works. He calls me from work not for the first day and is surprised that it no longer hurts. We were sceptical and did not believe . But I am delighted to have discovered it. I work out regularly and needed something that would ease my sore muscles - can't believe I finally found it!! This gun is a little bit pricey, I'm not gonna lie, but i did try out a few cheaper alternatives and it's been literally money down the drain! Nothing helped me like this massager! I also tested the pro version of this one and must say, there is not much difference! I would absolutely recommend if you struggle with stiff muscles or muscle pain, it works wonders!
