These are easily portable, I keep one in my purse and one at work and one in the car during flu season. Just incase I start feeling yucky. I am a germ magnet so you never know when something will hit me. I woke up today feeling sickly. So I immediately made myself one of these. I love the flavor, it doesn’t taste like meds. Just like you’re drinking a tea or something. Kicks in fast too.
