These are great, helps with flu symptoms quickly. Taste is not the nicest, but it’s just me, I just don’t like any medication. Comes in packages for a cup. Definitely recommend them

I really enjoy the apple cinnamon flavor it helps with nasal congestion, sore throat pain, headache, fever, by x, runny nose, might have aches and pains, sinus congestion, itchy watery eyes due to hay fever, sneezing, but you know it's a throat and temporarily reduce fever.
