The Therabody smart goggles have such an aesthetic design, the fit the contour of my face perfectly. They add heat and massage to my face helping me relax. They are rechargeable and are so easy to learn to use.

I think this is a great product for everybody and why … is because .. are we not spending a ton of time on our screens?? So if yes, then this product will help you to relax the eye area and help with your focus so it is an ultimate relaxation device and healing device!

I’ve been using the Therabody Smart Goggles and they’ve become one of my favorite ways to unwind at night. The combination of heat, vibration, and massage feels incredibly relaxing and helps take tension out of my eyes and forehead. They’re especially great if you deal with eye strain or just want something to help you disconnect before bed. I’ve noticed it helps me relax faster and makes it easier to fall asleep. The design is easy to use and the different settings let you adjust the experience depending on how you’re feeling. I also really like the app it pairs with, it makes the whole experience feel more personalized and elevated. The only thing I wish is that they sat on my face a bit better and felt less heavy. I’m hoping these adjustments are made in the newer model because the concept is really great. Overall, it’s one of those products you don’t think you need until you try it, and then it quickly becomes part of your routine. Hopeful with the changed made in the newer model it will be more enjoyable.
