I really liked the sleep I had when I took. However it was hard waking back up!
This works SO much better than straight melatonin. It takes a little while to take full effect, so I would recommend it about an hour before going to bed. It lets me gently fall asleep and stay asleep all night, and I don't wake up feeling tired or groggy like I did with plain melatonin. It smells like horse food, but it works like a charm. I would not recommend using this EVERY night, though, because if you build a tolerance it can be incredibly frustrating and difficult to try to fall asleep.
