Endless amounts of protein shakes they take great. I like the pre made ones for a quick on the go . They don’t taste powdery it’s blended well with plenty protein grams.

It had a gritty texture and was light on the flavor but it was effective and slight off white color for a protein shake has a great package with all the colors

Just simply ewwwwwwwwwww it was horrifying i have never tried protein shakes this bad i will not be repurchasing at all.

With this shake I like that it dissolve easily without the clumps often that happens with other protein powders. It does not have a strong flavor which does not interfere with the flavor of my smoothie. I use a scoop with Greek yogurt strawberries and other berries and is delicious.
