I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE step aerobics!!! I’ve taken a step aerobics class at my local gym for years. I now have my own home gym and was so happy to purchase this step. It’s durable and well made. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I have a home gym in my basement and added The Step. It is a great way to add aerobics into my exercise routine. So many things you can do with it. Being able to add and remove risers makes it so nice. Great price and excellent quality. I would definitely recommend.

I keep this in my living room in Front of the tv so it somewhat stares at me whenever I am sitting on the couch LOL It's an easy way to get your body moving. I love that you can buy extra height extenders and easily change the height whenever needed. The only downside, they don't lock in well. I wish the extenders were a little more stable and not so easily knocked over.
