Holy mackerel! I’m the queen of writing good reviews, although this is my first time writing on Trustpilot. Wow. Unreal customer service; the absolute worst. I ordered a Dyson vacuum 2 weeks ago. It was shipped from Mississauga, Ontario a week and a half ago. I’m in Waterloo, Ontario. Canada. This vacuum has now taken a full trip around Canada, no fault of TSC. The problem is that I called to ask if maybe they could see any details that I could not see regarding the shipment. My head is still spinning. I spoke with the most arrogant ‘customer service agent’ who repeated herself like a militant superior — over and over. It shouldn't matter who I am or what I do professionally to qualify that this was obnoxious, rude, and self righteous behavior. She literally didn’t listen to me and repeated herself over and over. I have a viable question. To be treated like this is absurd. When I asked to speak with her supervisor or someone higher up, she again repeated that “SHE is custom service.”
